1. Eligibility for Returns

You can place a return request within 2 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.

All original packaging — jewellery box, tags, bill/invoice — must be included.

Items purchased during sale, clearance, or with special discounts are not eligible for returns unless damaged.

2. Return Process

Simply contact us through our support email or WhatsApp with your order number and a clear reason for return.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship it back safely.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange pickup of the product.

Refunds are made to the original payment method used during purchase.

All the Approved return and replacement of damaged products will be delivered within 7 business days and refund will be credited in 7 days

4. Cancellation Process

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if production has not started.

Once the item is dispatched or under manufacturing, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as pierced jewellery (earrings) cannot be returned.
